Welcome to BODYBY, where we believe the future of fitness is strength.

Not just the kind that builds muscle (though we do that too), but the kind that shows up. For yourself. Every single day. At BodyBy, we believe strength training isn’t just for athletes, it’s for every body, at every age and every level. Whether you're lifting for the first time or coming back stronger, our studio is designed to support your journey.

After 5+ years of coaching in boutique studios and training 1:1 clients, I created BodyBy to be your one-stop shop: a place where you don’t need three memberships to get a full-body routine. From beat-driven Strength Training classes to Mat Pilates, and Yoga, we offer a sustainable program you can actually stick to.

Because it’s not about perfection, it’s about consistency. Motivation comes and goes, but showing up? That’s what transforms your body, your mindset, and your confidence. And I’ve seen that transformation firsthand, in myself and my clients.

BODYBY STRENGTH

Lift, sweat, and move to the beat. This strength-training class is designed to help you build muscle through progressive overload using dumbbells ranging from 5-60 pounds. We focus and add on to the foundational strength training movements: push, pull, squat, and hinge.

Expect a fully-body burn, an epic playlist, and the confidence to lift heavier over time.

MAT PILATES

Low weight, high burn. This contemporary Mat Pilates class blends light dumbbells and high repetitions to build endurance and definition all while moving in sync with your breath.

Rooted in classical Pilates principles (yes, we'll do the Hundred, Corkscrew, Saw, etc.) and reimagined through functional training, this class emphasizes core strength, alignment, and body awareness. Perfect for anyone who loves precise movement, deep muscle engagement, and a sweaty, feel-good session.

BODYBY

A non-heated, vinyasa-inspired yoga class rooted in traditional asana and breath-led movement. You’ll flow through structured sequences, holds, and transitions that build strength, mobility, and body awareness.

Yoga at BODYBY is more than recovery, it’s a foundational practice to improve movement quality, stability, and longevity in your training. Designed to complement your lifting and Pilates routine, Flow builds stability, flexibility, and control helping you move better in and out of the studio.
