Lift, sweat, and move to the beat. This strength-training class is designed to help you build muscle through progressive overload using dumbbells ranging from 5-60 pounds. We focus and add on to the foundational strength training movements: push, pull, squat, and hinge.
Expect a fully-body burn, an epic playlist, and the confidence to lift heavier over time.

Low weight, high burn. This contemporary Pilates class blends light dumbbells and high repetitions to build endurance and definition — all while moving in sync with your breath.
We borrow foundational elements from classical Pilates (the Hundred, Corkscrew, Saw, etc.) and weave them into more functional training, helping you develop body awareness, control, and strength. As Joseph Pilates said, “Breathing is the first act of life and the last” — expect this class to be rooted in intentional breathwork and deep core connection.
You'll learn how to activate your powerhouse, engage your core, and leave feeling strong, sculpted, and recharged.
