After 5+ years of coaching in boutique studios and training 1:1 clients, I created BodyBy to be your one-stop shop: a place where you don’t need three memberships to get a full-body routine. From beat-driven strength training classes to mobility flows and yoga for recovery, we offer a sustainable program you can actually stick to.

Because it’s not about perfection — it’s about consistency. Motivation comes and goes, but showing up? That’s what transforms your body, your mindset, and your confidence. And I’ve seen that transformation firsthand — in myself and my clients.

Meet Danyelle, the driving force behind BodyBy Fitness Studio. After over a decade hustling in NYC’s fashion and tech industries, Danyelle channeled that same drive into her true passion: fitness.

 

What started as a personal transformation turned into a purpose, helping others push past what they thought was possible. She's a go-getter, a coach who leads with heart, and the force behind BodyBy. For Danyelle, fitness isn’t just about reps and routines, it’s about building strength that carries over into every part of your life.
